This comprehensive 12 month coaching program draws on Brené Brown's groundbreaking Dare to Lead work, focusing on developing brave leaders and courageous cultures.

The program is designed to transform leadership approaches through vulnerability, values, trust, and resilience.

Brené Brown's research reveals that courage is a collection of four skill sets that can be taught, measured, and developed. This program helps leaders cultivate these skills to create braver, more daring leadership environments where innovation, creativity, and change can flourish.

  • It really is up to you but we suggest you attend as many of the live virtual sessions as possible and work regularly on your accountability plan. The more time you spend in the community, the more you will get to know others.

Why work with Jenine?

As a facilitator trained in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead philosophy and curriculum, Jenine draws on Brené’s compelling work to explore cultural safety through the lens of vulnerability and shame, power and privilege, authenticity and belonging, community resilience, and collective action.

Jenine has dedicated her professional life to improving the lives of women and girls. She is used to leading change and navigating difficult terrains. Her work is evidence based in academic research, and she speaks out about things that matter. Jenine is a tireless advocate for social justice, with experience in where that intersects with technology.

For her work in this space, she is an Australian Financial Review/Westpact 100 Woman of Influence and in 2020 was awarded the Order of Australia medal from Queen Elizabeth II for her contributions to information technology, and to women.

She established and ran the not for profit Tech Girls Movement Foundation for a decade, engaging more than 15 000 school girls and 5000 industry mentors in the community over a decade.
