In this 2-hour face to face workshop, Dr Jenine, who is an expert in both the management of research projects and NVivo, will work with you to determine the current status of your project and the problem you are trying to solve, and advise if NVivo is the right software solution for you. In addition, Dr Jenine will guide you in developing a roadmap for success with NVivo, so that you can hit the ground running.

MASTERING NVIVO FOR YOUR RESEARCH PROJECT

Do you need to run a transparent and rigorous research process that analyses and interprets large amounts of qualitative data?

NVivo is an excellent tool for making sense of large amounts of qualitative data, and, in turn, improving your project outcomes. However, if your team doesn’t know how to fully utilise NVivo or how to manage research projects with transparency and rigour, they might be feeling unsure, frustrated or stuck, and the best possible outcomes for the project will take longer to be realised.

In this program, Dr Jenine will help your team to set up and master NVivo for their particular project, thus avoiding the usual overwhelm, confusion and time-wasting associated with learning a new piece of software. This early intervention will enable you to launch right into your project, knowing that it is well set up for analyse and report on the findings it needs to.

This program includes:

2 x half-day workshops delivered face to face or online, to build technical capacity in your team and set up your project for success with NVivo;
6 x 1-hour coaching sessions undertaken monthly over a 6-month period; and
4 x 15 minute emergency coaching sessions, to be taken during the 6-month period.

OUTCOMES

During the program we will:

Develop your team’s understanding of the potential of NVivo and how it can support the aims of your project;
Build technical capacity within your project team, including teaching your team how to load data to NVivo from a variety of sources, and how to set up the platform to provide the answers it needs to;
Set up your data in NVivo in a way that will produce critical insights for your research project; and
Develop your team’s project management skills so that they can confidently run a well-structured research project, backed by a defendable, robust process.
