The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is an evidence-based replacement for strategy retreats, workshops and board rooms with a higher energy method that offers deep insights for better outcomes and ways of working.
This approach encourages participants to share subjective meanings of their creations that use a great variety of colours, textures, shapes, and sizes of LEGO materials. They use their hands to construct, deconstruct, and reconstruct that meaning, then develop and share stories about what they had built.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do know that as leaders, we have the power to rally around the right questions and follow our moral compass. Together, we can create real change.
