Is it still ok to care about people at work?
Right now, we need the broadest range of perspectives to bring clarity and focus to find solutions in our organisations. We know that it is good for business to have the best people at the table as a fundamental part of every organisational strategy, and I’m struck by how little conversation there is about how to drive collective change.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do know that as leaders, we have the power to rally around the right questions and follow our moral compass.
Together, we can create real change.
As a facilitator trained in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead philosophy and curriculum, Jenine draws on Brené’s compelling work to explore cultural safety through the lens of vulnerability and shame, power and privilege, authenticity and belonging, community resilience, and collective action .

Daring Leadership Strategy Workshop
(2 days)Y
Daring greatly and rising strong at work
Culture has always been at the heart of DEI - creating ways of working that are inclusive, believing that everyone belongs, and valuing differing perspectives. In this shift away from DEI, these things still matter. Such a shift is an opportunity to reframe the conversation and create a Cultural Action Plan for your organisation.
LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) offers a powerful complementary methodology to Brené Brown's Dare to Lead framework to do this. By incorporating hands-on, three-dimensional modeling, participants explore vulnerable leadership concepts in a way that bypasses traditional barriers and deepens understanding.
Spend two days deep diving into your organisational culture. We use Lego Serious Play to create a unique environment where:
Metaphorical thinking unlocks deeper insights
Everyone participates equally (100% participation)
The hands engage the mind differently than discussion alone
Complex ideas become tangible through physical representation
Vulnerability becomes easier when expressed through models rather than direct conversation
This approach creates a powerful, multi-sensory learning environment where participants can safely explore vulnerability, values, trust, and resilience in ways that traditional discussion-based workshops cannot achieve.
